DETAILED ITINERARY - 7 Days / 6 Nights:

Day 1: Rishikesh to Joshimath (1890m) - 250km / 9-10 Hrs Drive
Long drive via Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag. Arrive Joshimath by evening. Briefing and gear check. Overnight in guesthouse.

Day 2: Joshimath to Tugasi Village (2100m) Drive + Trek to Gulling Top (2857m) - 5km
Drive 12km to Tugasi road head (45 mins). Start trek through oak and rhododendron forests. Gradual ascent to Gulling Top campsite. Views of Dronagiri. Overnight in tents.

Day 3: Gulling Top to Khullara Camp (3350m) - 5km / 4-5 Hrs
Short but steep trek to Khullara, a beautiful meadow surrounded by mountains. This will be your base for next 2 days. Overnight in tents.

Day 4: Acclimatization Day - Khullara to Kuari Pass (3815m) and Back
Essential acclimatization day. Trek 7-8km round trip to Kuari Pass (12,516 ft) for the best views of Nanda Devi, Kamet, Chaukhamba, Hathi-Ghoda. Return to Khullara to sleep low.

Day 5: Summit Day - Khullara to Pangarchulla Peak (4590m) and Back to Khullara - 14km / 12-14 Hrs
Longest day. Start at 2-3 AM with headlamps. Steep ridge, snow patches, boulder zones. Final 500m is very steep. Summit rewards with 360-degree panorama of Nanda Devi, Dronagiri, Chaukhamba, Kamet, Mana. Descend all the way back to Khullara.

Day 6: Khullara to Tugasi + Drive to Joshimath - 9km Trek + 12km Drive
Descend through forest trail to Tugasi. Drive back to Joshimath. Hot shower and celebration. Overnight in hotel.

Day 7: Joshimath to Rishikesh Drive - 250km
Drive back to Rishikesh. Trip ends by 7 PM.

Cancellation Policies

1 . All the cancellations must be communicated in written.

2. Token amount is nonrefundable in any cases.

3. Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.

4. Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.

5.100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or

6. No show scenarios.

7. No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other HIMALAYA EXPERT services.

8. HIMALAYA EXPERT have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.

7. In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, HIMALAYA EXPERT will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
