Trekking Terms & Conditions

1. 25% Cancellation will apply on total amount after confirmation till 15 Days of travel date.
2. 50% Cancellation will apply 14 to 07 Days of travel date.
3. 75% Cancellation will apply 06 to 02 Days of travel date.
4. No refund if cancelled on the same day.
5. No refund will be made in case of mechanical trouble to the vehicle or natural calamities like, landslides, flood, earthquake, heavy snow fall or any other reason beyond the control of the Himalayan Taxis.
6. GST @ 18% Extra.
7. Adventure activities provided by Himalaya Expert has its share of risk and dangers, especially in respect to the terrain, weather, high altitude, desolate nature. The possibility of slip and falls, getting injured, falling sick, and even death cannot be ruled out.
8. Participants of this Adventure activity/trip should have good health, stamina, and should not hide or misrepresent any fact about the health as a poor state of health can greatly increase the perils that can be incurred on these Adventure activity/trip.
9. To run such a colossal operation, Himalaya Expert hires Third Party professionals. Himalaya Expert will not be responsible for any harm, loss or damage to your luggage, belongings or self when carried by porters, ponies or vehicles, during the trip, your arrival and departure or stay at the hotel/guest house and Camping Site.
10. Participant should behave in an acceptable manner conducive to group travel. Himalaya Expert reserves the right to terminate your trip (if you are found to be causing distress/annoyance to co-travellers, damage property of any supplier, smoking or consumption of alcohol). No refund for unused services is possible in such cases.
11. The rules, regulations and guidelines have been adopted for the safe enjoyment of the activity/trip. Participant must abide by the instructions given by the Trip leader/organiser, their decision will be final and will be binding with respect.
12. Participant safety and enjoyment is Himalaya Expert prime concern and we therefore carry out our responsibility honestly & sincerely to ensure that your trip is trouble–free. Himalaya Expert reserves the right to modify activity/trip or part of the trip under circumstances, including but not limiting to, acts of God, road blockage, political unrest, sickness, accidents, events beyond Himalaya Expert control etc. Any extra cost arising from such circumstances shall be borne by participant on the spot.
13. Himalaya Expert is in no way responsible for any cost related to participant medical care, evacuation during or after the Adventure activity/trip.
14. If Participant not complete trek (Due to any accident, illness, injury), No refund for unused services is possible in such cases.

Tour Package Terms & Conditions

7. Himalaya Expert Tour & Travels Centre shall not be responsible in any matter whatsoever for any delay or inconvenience to the passengers during the journey either due to the breakdown of the vehicle or due to any other cause/unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of.
8. AC will be switched off in Hill Area only in plain area partial AC will be provided. Full AC on Demand and charges extra.
9. In case of premature departure Cab Owner or hotel, home stay property holder decision will be final.
10. Cab will only be replaced at the time of pickup, if not satisfied with the cab. On the way it would not be replaced.
11. Driver duty time is 9 am to 6 PM but no restriction during pick and drop time. Night Travelling is not allowed except in emergency. Hotel should not be more than 3-4 KM far from the main city, otherwise extra charges are payable.

Cancellation Poilcies

1. The Cancellation can be done over the email. All cancellation to be made against the booking ID provided at the time of booking.
2. No cancellations will be made on special occasions or offers as these are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellation is not possible.
