DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 1: DEHLI TO SHIMLA

The group will convene at the specified pickup location. You will be introduced to the team leaders, followed by a concise orientation regarding the trip. After the briefing, we will commence our overnight journey to Shimla.

DAY 2: SHIMLA TO YULLA KHAS

Arrive in Shimla in the morning. Breakfast stop at Kufri. Continue the drive towards Kinnaur Valley, tracing the Sutlej River. Pause at Kinnaur Gate for photographs before advancing to Yulla Khas village. Dinner and an overnight stay at a homestay in Yulla Khas.

DAY 3: YULLA KHAS TO YULLA KANDA

Begin your journey from the village of Yulla Khas and trek 12 kilometers to arrive at the Yulla Kanda Temple. Savor a packed lunch in the mountains near the temple, then descend 6 kilometers to return to the basecamp. In the evening, come together for a bonfire session, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

DAY 4: BASECAMP – YULLA KHAS - DELHI

Enjoy breakfast before starting your descent trek back to Yulla Khas village. Refresh yourself at your homestay in Yulla Khas prior to your departure for Delhi. Travel overnight and arrive in Delhi early the foll

DAY 5:ARRIVAL AT DELHI

Travel overnight and arrive in Delhi early the following morning, saying goodbye to your fellow travelers.

• Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in "Inclusions" or any type of transportation.

Cancellation Policies

1 . All the cancellations must be communicated in written.

2. Token amount is nonrefundable in any cases.

3. Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.

4. Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.

5.100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or

6. No show scenarios.

7. No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other HIMALAYA EXPERT services.

8. HIMALAYA EXPERT have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.

7. In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, HIMALAYA EXPERT will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
