KALANAG TREK ITINERARY (15D/14N)
Black Peak - 6,387m - Highest peak of Bandarpunch Range

Day 1: Dehradun to Sankri (1950m)
190km drive (8-9 hours) through Mussoorie and Tons Valley. Sankri is the base village. Overnight in guesthouse.

Day 2: Sankri to Seema / Osla (2600m)
Drive 12km to Taluka, then 14km trek through pine and walnut forests along the Supin River.

Day 3: Seema to Ruinsara Tal (3350m)
14km trek (6-7 hours) through alpine meadows and birch forests to the pristine high-altitude lake Ruinsara Tal.

Day 4: Ruinsara Tal to Kyarkoti Base Camp (4050m)
6km trek (4 hours) over boulders and moraine. Base camp is a meadow clearing with a natural water source.

Day 5: Acclimatization and Training Day
Complete rest and technical training at Base Camp. Crampon walking, ice axe techniques, and roped glacier travel.

Day 6: Load Ferry to Advanced Base Camp (4600m)
Carry equipment to ABC and return to Base Camp for the night.

Day 7: Move to Advanced Base Camp (4600m)
Shift to ABC permanently. Located on lateral moraine of the glacier.

Day 8: ABC to Camp 1 (5200m)
3km trek on open glacier with crevasse navigation. Roped team travel.

Day 9: Camp 1 to Summit Camp (5500m)
2km climb to upper snow plateau. Steep headwall approach to Summit Camp.

Day 10: Summit Push - Black Peak (6387m)
Midnight start at 2 AM. 12-hour climb including the vertical ice wall and narrow summit ridge. Summit offers views of Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch, and Gangotri ranges. Return to Camp 1.

Day 11: Reserve Summit Day
Buffer day for bad weather or extra acclimatization.

Day 12: Camp 1 to Base Camp
Descend back to lower altitude.

Day 13: Base Camp to Seema via Ruinsara Tal
20km return trek.

Day 14: Seema to Sankri
Trek to Taluka and drive to Sankri.

Day 15: Sankri to Dehradun
Drive back to Dehradun. Expedition ends.

Cancellation Policies

1 . All the cancellations must be communicated in written.

2. Token amount is nonrefundable in any cases.

3. Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.

4. Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.

5.100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or

6. No show scenarios.

7. No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other HIMALAYA EXPERT services.

8. HIMALAYA EXPERT have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.

7. In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, HIMALAYA EXPERT will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
